I contacted Montano Construction and Exteriors due to multiple interior ceiling leakages. I suspected issues with the roof / shingles from the remnants of Hurricane Ida. Eddie returned my call on Labor Day to understand the issues. I was already impressed Eddie called on a holiday! We agreed on a day and Eddie visited the house promptly to assess the roof. I showed him the multiple leaks in the ceiling (2nd level) of our house. He also spent a lot of time on the roof and the attic. Once he determined the issues, he pointed out the problems, explained several options and guided me with his recommendation. He resolved the issue due to various pipes on the roof that were cracked and had holes. He pointed other issues with the roof and shingles. He quoted me a very reasonable estimate on the spot. I agreed and he immediately went to Home Depot to pick up the parts. Eddie completed the work within one hour. Since we had some heavy rains since the repairs, Eddie called me one week after the repairs to check on any leaks. Happy to share there were no leaks! Awesome service!!! We had a terrible leak in our son’s room that was coming from the roof and honestly put it off because we were terrified of how much it would cost to repair it. Then we had a pretty bad storm and couldn’t wait any longer. I found Montano construction and by the end of the day our roof was repaired (with no further issues). He also checked out the rest of the roof and repaired anything that could cause issues in the future and it was all done for an outstanding price. He showed up within hours of calling, worked in the rain to make sure the job was done without further damage, and was SO kind and knowledgeable. DEFINITELY recommend and I will absolutely reach out to him for any future work we need done that he covers!! Hire him ASAP!

Eddie and Taryn are extremely professional and responsive when overseeing projects. They are just completing an entire house renovation, inside and out. Great pricing, quality service and awesome customer service. I get a response promptly when I need something or have a question. Highly recommend.
